you are supposed to be aware of your corporation’s policy on social networking.There are some companies that have social networking ( PR agency ) policies. If your company has such a policy, you should know what your company is acceptable behavior and unacceptable social networking. It does not preclude the absence of the policy of social networks, you disciplined or terminated. Many companies that do not have formal social networking policies are using more general company policies to discipline employees for social networking activities. Companies often rely on their Confidentiality policy, Inappropriate Conduct policy, and/or Anti-discrimination policy in addressing employee’s social networking ( Publicity PR ) activities.
