Having an electronic account gives you full control of your records and bills. This is because he or she can complain about the inaccuracies without leaving the comfort of his or her home. On the other hand, the other complaint is the laptops used by the sales agents in presenting videos and facilitating client registration. The function of the laptops is to assist agents in their presentation of programs, visuals and videos. Every detail of the transaction is recorded and is visible on both parties’ ends. The complaint is that these these merchants need to pay a $300 fee prior the receipt of the said device. Each agent gets a laptop when they sign up as salesperson for Crescent Company. When they stop representing Crescent, then it means that they are no longer entitled to using the free laptop. Since this rule is declared in the company policy, then how come it became blown out of proportion by rumors? Although it has been made clear that Crescent is entitled to get their computer back if the salesperson decided to stop marketing for the company. Crescent also asks for a surety bond so that they’ll be assured that the computer will be used accordingly. As one can see know, there is nothing illegal with these kind of regulations. Since people fail to see the root cause of the issue, they become easily influenced and convinced. Therefore, business owners should research on the business performance of the company as well as all details related to the issue before believing it.
